HR Partner conducts due diligence before engaging subprocessors and requires appropriate contractual and security obligations where applicable.
Where customer data is transferred internationally in connection with the use of subprocessors or service providers, HR Partner supports those transfers through recognized safeguards described in our Data Processing Addendum.
Some subprocessors are only used where specific features or functionality are enabled by the customer.

AI Provider Data Handling
Some optional AI-assisted functionality within HR Partner may use third-party AI providers to process customer-submitted prompts or applicant-related information.
HR Partner’s AI-assisted functionality is designed so that employee records and core HR personnel data are not sent to external AI providers.
Certain AI-assisted workflow functionality processes natural language requests only, while customer HR data remains within HR Partner’s systems.
HR Partner does not use customer data submitted through the platform to train public AI models.
Monitoring & Operational Providers
HR Partner may also use a limited number of infrastructure, monitoring, analytics, logging, and operational tooling providers to support service delivery, reliability, and security.
These providers may process limited technical or service-related data as necessary to provide their services.
Subprocessor Management
HR Partner reviews subprocessors before engagement and seeks to ensure appropriate security and privacy protections are in place.
Where applicable, subprocessors are subject to contractual obligations relating to:
