Setup and Training
At HR Partner, we’re here to help you get up and running as easily as possible. To get you started, we charge a Setup Fee equivalent to your monthly price for upfront training and setup.
Your Setup Fee includes us formatting and importing any existing data (from a spreadsheet or most standard systems), and a 1 hour online training session for you and other key users to get your organisation setup and start using the system with confidence.
More than 500 employees?
We can handle larger numbers of employees (we just didn't want to make our pricing widget any more complicated!). Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can prepare a pricing plan to suit your business.
We use a robust back end payment processor, and we never store credit card information on our own servers for maximum security. Your subscription payments are safe with us.
Our online chat and email support is always available and is provided totally free of charge - both during your trial and once you start your subscription. Whenever you have a query, just shoot us a question and we’ll be back to you asap!

You can cancel your subscription at any time, however we regret that we are unable to refund any unused portion of prepaid subscriptions (e.g. if you cancel at the start of the month, we will stop the next payment run, but cannot refund the remaining month's subscription - sorry).
